Our mission is to empower expecting parents from all backgrounds to have healthy and positive birth experiences.

We are founded under the belief that education and empowerment are key to promoting positive birth outcomes.

Why?

No single, easily accessible resource currently exists that brings together the most reputable information for preparing for your baby’s birth.

We know how overwhelming it is to pull together information from various sources, and not being sure what you can trust.

Private birthing courses cost several hundred dollars and public birthing courses are sadly oversubscribed.

So, we made an app!

Birth & Baby is an educational resource covering pregnancy, labour, childbirth, women's health, newborns and birth preferences.

All of the information is we provide is publicly available from trusted sources that are listed below. Birth & Baby does the hard work for you, finding the best resource for each topic, verifying the information and providing brief summaries and links.
